Letters From Our Fans

We will be forever grateful to all of you for the outstanding care of our mother. When she first moved to RiverWest, you went out of your way to make her feel welcome, and yes to pamper her a bit. We were so delighted to see her interacting, smiling, playing Bingo and faithfully attending exercise class. She toe- tapped her way through the many musical presentations and marveled at the special decorations and festive events of each holiday season.

You are all such caring, competent professionals,  and we as family felt secure in knowing that you would advise us of even small changes in her well-being, physical or emotional. We also appreciated being able to randomly visit or call at any time to discuss her situation or get an update. Her special, and sometimes difficult, meal requests were handled so well, and you managed to keep a sense of humor while attempting to accommodate her needs.

We feel blessed to have been part of the beautiful home you provide for residents and their families.
